1. Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds are only issued in the following cases:



  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered.

  • Product Quality Issue: If the product delivered does not meet our quality standards or is damaged during delivery.


2. Reporting an Issue

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product showing the issue, if applicable


Requests made after the 2 hour window may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Refund Process


Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


4. Non-Refundable Situations



  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind after the order has been prepared.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: Refunds are not provided if delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or if no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

  • Order Cancellations After Processing: Orders that have already been processed or dispatched are not eligible for a refund.
